Our red lineup is well balanced, ranging from light to heavy body, low to high tannin, and fruit forward to more classic old-world flavors. Inspired by the wine-making traditions of the Rhone Valley, we use minimal oak influence and aim to create wines that offer both fruit and earthy characteristics. We have partnerships with the great Rhone-grape growers in Washington state, and our winemaking style aims to deliver specific vineyard characteristics.
Comprised of a three barrel selection, this vintage of Boushey syrah is plush with red fruits, savory herbs, and salty olives. With less whole cluster than the previous 2023 vintage, this is crowd friendly, approachable and is going to rock with heavier dishes. We let this fruit hang late into harvest for advanced phenolic complexity as we continue to explore what Dick's syrah can behold. 70 cases produced.
Icarus vineyard is lays the heart of the Rocks District and is planted with Rhone varietals only. Meticulously farmed, only a few well respected wineries have blocks here. This syrah fermented with 40% whole cluster and aged 22 months in once and second used French oak. A medium-heavy bodied wine offering taut tannins, tight structure, elegance and precision. This Icarus syrah will be a perennial in our lineup moving forward. 70 Cases Produced.
100% Syrah. With five different syrah sites to work with in 2024, crafting the L'Entente was no simple task. In all, six very different yet complimentary barrels made the final selection synthesizing into one of the more complex and sultry vintages of L'Entente to date. 110 Cases Produced.
This single vineyard rendition of Radieux is constructed of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from our blocks at Pollard Vineyard. Intensely aromatic with earthy notes of turmeric, root, tropical grasses and sarsparilla. The palate aligns with the nose, with textural complexity - lean, silky, tannic.
The French word for ‘sinister’ which is the common name for the dire wolf. Another entry into our recently extinct animals label collection, Sinistre stands alone as being composed of one cofermentation with Cabernet Sauvignon from Conner Lee, Cabernet Franc from Stoneridge, and Malbec from Boushey. We picked all varietals on the same day and destemmed into one fermenter and they have been together since. A wonderfully textured, velvety wine with intense flavors of dried purple fruits and italian herbs.
This unabashed, extra furry vintage continues to mesh the powerful tannins and purple fruit of Red Mountain Petite Sirah with the suppleness and complexity of Boushey Syrah. This wine doesn't skip a beat and you might find surpasses last year's showstopper.

This single varietal bottling from Boushey Vineyard is more decadent than past vintages. While still showing classic lighter bodied hues, this is silky and carries more glazed fruit characteristics. Chill it an extra bit for more brightness and pop.

100% Syrah blending fruit from Noble Rock Vineyard in the Rocks District and Boushey Vineyard. The Noble Rock component was fermented 100% whole cluster while the Boushey syrah was destemmed. The French barrels were eight and ten years old. These syrahs were quite different from each other, great alone but better together. L'Entente aims to show the balance of Washington syrah by bringing together variation and differences between vineyard sites and clone selection.

Coming in at 63% Malbec and 37% Cabernet Franc, Arctodus utilizes dark fruit and ample acidity from the Malbec while the Cab Franc brings a red berry fruit and pyrazine. This wine continues to develop upon being poured so feel free to savor the isps. We will not have a single varietal vintage of Malbec for 2023, as it all went into Arctodus. Paired with the Cab Franc, this wine is charmingly complex and keeps your senses enlivened!

Stoneridge, Conner Lee, & Pollard Vineyards
Cabernet Sauvignon from 1987 vines at Conner Lee Vineyard and Merlot from Robin Pollard. While these barrels were downright delicious on their own, blending them ultimately resulted in a more balanced, intruiging, and decadent wine. Soft and supple soaked in a palate of herbs, wood pitch, oregano and black fruits.
A classic blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre all grown organically at Conley Vineyard west of Yakima. Since we picked all the fruit on the same morning, this is considered a 'field blend'. All varietals were destemmed and placed in the same fermenter so the final blend was composed at the beginning. Piney, resinous, incense aromatics clear the trail to dark peppery fruit.
100% whole cluster syrah and cabernet sauvignon clone 191 comprise this dark, thorny, blackberry-reduced blend with flares of roasted pepper and scorched earth. Smiladon is the saber-toothed cat and this powerful and graceful creature is back from extinction.
