For our white lineup, we are dedicated to the Rhone varietals. We focus on single-vineyard, single-varietal bottlings in an effort to reveal the characteristics of each grape, and showcase the terroir of each vineyard. Depending on the vintage, we use both natural yeast and conventional yeast fermentations. Our single-varietal bottles are aged in neutral oak barrels to enhance mouthfeel and deliver complexity without the strong oak flavors newer barrels possess.
Complexity abounds with this cofermented rhone-style blend. Enjoy steely mineral driven flavors, green apple, pineapple, apricot, with a touch of saltiness.
